Four siblings,undergoing treatment at the intensive care unit, after allegedly ate soil for a week due to stave of hunger. The four siblings aged seven, eight, nine. and ten were admitted to Sultan Abdul Halim Hospital, after they caught the attention of Jerai MIC chairman R. Supramaniam. The girls are conditionally stable but have to be warded for a week for further inspection on their health.The father of the four siblings, 30 years old, is unemployed and they are relying on donated food and even the food donated is insufficient for the whole family.

5. KL arrest leads to Malacca criminal bust

A gang of specialist in snatch thief and robbing jewellery shops has been caught after two years in Wangsa Maju.The Gang was caught on May 10, have connection with robberies in Malacca.The suspect,who was responsible for a goldsmith's heist in Ayer Molek for RM 200,000 for jewellery.A 41 year old goldsmith is also arrested for buying stolen gold and jewellery.The gold will then be melted to resale,according to Malacca police chief Senior Asst Comm (I) Datuk Mohd Rodwan Yuso.He also told the reporters that the suspect will be charged for gang and armed robbery while the goldsmith will be charged for handling stolen property

Two children trapped in bathroom,became victims of shophouse fire,as their father watch helplessly on an early Sunday morning.It is believed the two children was playing with fire when their parents was sleeping.Izman Mansur,23,managed to save his three year old daughter and the neighbours daughter.He went back to save his two son but unable as the door is stuck and the heat was too hot for him.He tried to put out the fire but became intense.Bodies were found after the fire was put out.The two children died because of smoke inhalation,based on Sabah Fire and Rescue Services Department director Khirudin Drah-man.

A 46 year old women,mother to four children, was shot by a group of masked intruders and one of them is her lover whom she was having an affair with.
The victim was sleeping soundly on Thursday morning when she heard noises coming from the kitchen.Upon reaching her kitchen,she saw a group of masked men equipped with fire arms.She screamed and caused one of the masked men to trigger ten shots to her abdomen.
The suspect had been caught and further investigation shall be done to know the motive behind this shooting.
Victim is now in a stable condition and being treated in Miri Hospital after pellets of bullets removed from her abdomen

Mohd Yani Che Den,who raped his daughter since she was five,was sentenced to 20 years of jail.He was charged at his house at Taman Sri Pandan,Johor.Previously he was sentenced to 12 years of jail term and 3 strokes of the cane last year.The punishment increased to 20 years of jail term and 6 strokes of the cane because DPP Farah Ezlin Yusop Khan argued that the victim was traumatised as she was sexually assaulted.Mohd Yani apologised for his actions and promised to not repeat his mistake again
